APPALACHIAN K-9 TRAINING CENTER is located at the foothills of the Smokey Mountains in northeast Tennessee. At home on 15 acres just north of Knoxville. Here we provide our training, seminars, trials, and boarding. We provide a combination of quality services which include obedience training, tracking, schutzhund sport, problem solving, conditioning and boarding.			We are also the home of PONTIFFHAUS. Our love for the doberman started two generations ago. Following in our grandparents footsteps in believing that the doberman should work. In our breeding program, excellent health, stable temperment, strong working drive, and black/rust or red/rust is our priority. Our dream is to re-establish the respectful reputation that is due the doberman and return them to the services which they have been bred for. Most of all “our best friend”. We are members of the United Doberman Club, United Schutzhund Club Of America, the DVG America and TN Valley working dogs.
